My name is Tracy, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you. As a trauma trained therapist and registered social worker, I have a passion for helping adults navigate the complexities of life, I believe that compassion, safety and hope are the foundation of transformative healing.

My Therapeutic Approach: At the core of my therapeutic approach lies an eclectic and holistic perspective. I believe in addressing the whole person - mind, body, and emotions - to facilitate true healing and transformation. During sessions I use a combination of traditional talk therapy, evidence-based trauma therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I understand that you are unique and as such I always tailor my methods to suit your unique needs and goals.
Collaborative Partnership: I view therapy as a collaborative partnership between you and me. Together, we will work towards understanding the root causes of your challenges and developing practical strategies to help you overcome them.

Beyond my role as a therapist, I am a passionate advocate for self-care and personal growth. I firmly believe in embracing life and finding authentic happiness amidst life's complexities.

When I'm not working with clients, you will often find me exploring the great outdoors, spending time with my Golden Retriever, or diving into a good book that nourishes my mind and soul. I am intentional about nurturing connections with loved ones and finding joy in the simple moments of life.
My own personal life experiences have taught me the value of resilience, and I am continuously inspired by the strength and resilience I witness in my clients every day.
