Meet Tracy Kennedy:
Holistic Therapist, Somatic Healing, EMDR
My journey into therapy began from my own early experiences with trauma, which highlighted for me the critical need for supportive and understanding care. These experiences not only motivated me to become a therapist but also shaped the compassionate approach I bring to my practice.
The techniques I utilize are not just professional tools; they have personally helped me transform my life. This blend of personal experience and professional training enhances my empathy and dedication to each client I work with. I recognize the courage it takes to start this journey, and I commit to walking alongside you, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and ensuring you feel supported and understood every step of the way.

Outside of Work:
I am passionate and committed to the things in life that light me up. I have a deep appreciation of how precious and short life is and I am honoured to have the ability to live with intention and create a life that fills me up.

From the small glimmers of every day life (watching the sun dance on the water, feeling the warmth from a cup of tea, playing with my dog Huron) To the big audacious goals (travel, adventure, marathons).

I believe that life is full of magic for those willing to find it.
