Meet Tracy Kennedy:
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist
With over 15+ years of experience, three university degrees, and countless professional certifications, I bring a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to guide your healing and growth.
My journey into therapy began from my own early experiences with trauma, which showed me the profound need for therapy that truly supports and heals the whole person.
These experiences not only motivated me to become a therapist but also shaped the compassionate, results-driven approach I bring to my practice. The techniques I utilize—such as EMDR, Somatics, Safe and Sound Protocol and Tapping —aren’t just tools I’ve studied; they’ve transformed my own life and deepened my commitment to helping others do the same.

Outside of Work:
I am passionate and committed to the things in life that light me up. I have a deep appreciation of how precious and short life is and I am honoured to have the ability to live with intention and create a life that fills me up.

From the small glimmers of every day life (watching the sun dance on the water, feeling the warmth from a cup of tea, playing with my dog Huron) To the big audacious goals (travel, adventure, marathons).

I believe that life is full of magic for those willing to find it.
