Fully Seen is a guided online 10-week group experience designed to gently rewire your nervous system and reconnect you with your truest self.

What You’ll Receive​

  1. 10 Weekly Live Online Healing Sessions
    I’ll guide you through somatic practices, breath work, meditations, tapping, and sound healing.

  2. Supportive Container
    A supportive and private space for women in the group to connect.  Here, 
    I will offer daily practices that help you to integrate mindfulness and intention into your day to day life.

  3. Sound Healing App Access
    One-year subscription to a science backed, evidence based sound healing app.  This allows you to strengthen and reset your nervous system long after group is over.
