Each week, we’ll meet for a one-hour online call designed to reset your nervous system. Sessions weave together somatic exercises and tapping along with neuroscience-based sound therapy developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. This advanced approach trains your nervous system and vagus nerve to optimize resilience, expand capacity, and shift more easily out of stress and into safety.
