How It Works
In somatic therapy, you'll learn to pay attention to your body’s signals and understand what they mean.
For example:

Feeling Safe in Your Body: We'll practice exercises that help you feel more comfortable and secure in your body.
Releasing Stress: You might learn gentle movements or breathing techniques to release stress and tension.
Healing Past Trauma: By slowly and safely addressing memories or sensations, we help your body let go of trauma stored in it.
Managing Current Emotions: You'll develop skills to manage and understand your current emotions, helping you to respond to life's challenges in a healthy way.
