Fee: $185 per 50-minute session. Most workplace benefit packages cover the cost of services.

Free 10-Minute Consultation: In our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your challenges and goals. It’s a time for you to ask any questions about the process, and we’ll determine if we’re a good fit to work together. No pressure—just a chance to see if my approach aligns with what you’re looking for.

First 1-3 Sessions: The first couple of sessions are vital for building trust, safety, and rapport. In trauma therapy, establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is key to the healing process. These sessions are an essential part of the process where we take the time to understand your unique experiences, the challenges you're facing, and the pain points you're carrying. I will be guiding the conversation with targeted questions to gather important background information, help you feel seen, and ensure we are working at a pace that feels right for you.

Ongoing Sessions: We can meet twice a week, weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. You’ll receive tools to help you manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and work through the core of your trauma, at your own pace.
