The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) are music-based vagal toning programs designed to train your nervous system for greater flexibility and resilience.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, sleep concerns, navigating high demands at work, or simply wanting to feel calm and resilient. These programs help your body shift out of chronic activation—so you can feel grounded, think clearly, and move through emotions with greater ease.

Safe and Sound Protocol

Rest and Restore Protocol

​Designed to guide you into deep calm, rest, and safety, helping you reconnect with your body and inner peace. It supports:

  • Fatigue or burnout

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Difficulty slowing down/resting

  • Overactive startle or stress response​

  • Racing thoughts

  • Reconnecting with your body, internal confidence and sense of safety

How It Works

SSP and RRP are based on Dr. Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory, a well-established framework for understanding the nervous system. Research shows these programs help your body regulate and recover from stress.

Each program contains a core playlist of 5 hours of clinical grade music, PLUS another 5 hour maintenance playlist.  You have access to the maintenance playlist for one year!
